Stormwater Management
Stormwater design, retention and attenuation systems, overland flow path assessment and drainage reports for new builds, subdivisions and land development applications.
Earthworks Design
Cut and fill design, earthworks specifications, sediment and erosion control plans (ESCP), and earthworks certification to council and Northland Regional Council requirements.
Roading & Access Design
Private access and internal roading design for subdivisions and developments, including geometric design, carriageway specifications and intersection assessments.
Services Reticulation
Water supply, wastewater reticulation and stormwater pipe network design for subdivisions and land development. Coordinated with our wastewater team for on-site systems where reticulated options are unavailable.
Resource Consent Support
Engineering assessments and technical reports supporting resource consent applications to district and regional councils. Includes assessment of environmental effects (AEE) engineering inputs.
